TERMS OF SERVICE
The terms of service described here are intended to give customers understanding about services they purchase. By scheduling service Dappir, you are agreeing to accept the terms and conditions that follow:
CLEANING‐DAY HOME PREPARATION
Your cleaning costs are based on cleaning your home not routine housekeeping. Before the cleaning, we request that you clear clutter, dishes and other items that may impede cleaning.
ITEMS / AREAS WE DO NOT CLEAN / SERVICES NOT OFFERED
* Wall washing or scrubbing
* Washing or transferring dishes
* Fabric blind cleaning or washing
* Chandelier cleaning or washing
* Compost removal
* Retrieval or transferring of laundry from dryer or washer, unless laundry add-on is purchased
* Oven grate cleaning
* Interior fireplace cleaning / ash removal
* Cat litter box; cat litter on floor
* Pet feces and urine
* Pet furniture (cat towers, doggie beds, etc.)
* Bio-hazardous cleaning (urine, mold, blood, bodily fluids, etc.)
* Areas unreachable by using our step stool
* Non-air conditioned areas, such as: garages, patios, attics, etc.
* Carpet powder, baking soda on flooring
* Any area of floor, cabinets, or furniture that have paint, paint drips, candle wax, or other stuck-on matter that could potentially cause damage
CANCELLATION
Provide 24-hour notice to cancel service. You may reschedule, skip, or cancel any of your cleanings. We do ask for a 24-hour notice of any of these actions. Without a 24-hour notice you will be liable for a $70.00 cancellation fee.
SERVICE CHANGES
Our teams are given instructions for the clean they are conducting prior to arrival. If you would like additional services performed please contact our office at least one business day in advance so we can schedule the additional work.
HOURLY SERVICE PRICING
There is a two (2) hour minimum for this service. If Dappir takes less than the booked two-hour service, the client will still be charged for two hours. If the service requires more than the booked hours, Dappir reserves the right to charge the client for the additional time in 30-minute increments. Any additional services considered add-ons in the Flat-Rate Pricing above are inclusive in the Hourly Service as the client is paying for time.
TERMS OF SERVICE ACCEPTANCE
Dappir reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these terms of service by posting updates and changes to the Dappir website.
